Ginkgo Biloba Tree - Dried Leaf

Ginkgo Biloba Tree - Dried Leaf is a loose leaf herbal infusion made from carefully selected dried ginkgo biloba leaves. Crafted with dried ginkgo biloba leaves, this traditional botanical is also known as Maidenhair and has deep roots in Eastern herbal culture.

The cup is clean, earthy and gently herbal, with a light botanical character and a smooth, simple finish. Its natural leaf profile makes it a good choice for those who enjoy straightforward herbal infusions with a grounded, plant-led taste rather than sweet fruit or floral blends.

Ginkgo biloba, also known as Maidenhair, is one of the oldest tree species on earth, with a history stretching back nearly 300 million years. Native to China, it has held an important place in traditional Eastern herbal practices for generations and remains one of the world’s most widely recognised heritage botanicals. Ginkgo leaves naturally contain plant compounds, including flavonoids and terpene lactones, and are often chosen as part of calm, everyday herbal tea routines.

How to Make Gingko Biloba Tea;

Preparing a ginkgo biloba tea from leaves is very simple

and only takes a few minutes.

The first thing to grab 50g of ginkgo biloba dried leaves.

In the meanwhile,

in a pot or saucepan add 1 litre of mineral water

and wait for this to reach boiling point, then reduce the heat.

Once the water has reached the maximum boiling point

add the dried leaves of ginkgo biloba,

cover the pot or pan and let it boil for at least 5 minutes.

It is important that once those minutes have passed you turn off the heat

and let the mixture stand for some 10 minutes

so all components and properties

of the plant are soaked in the infusion that you will drink.

Finally you just have to strain the mixture

to remove all traces of the ginkgo biloba leaves

and pour it into a jug. As simple as that!
