Nettle Dried Herbal Tea

Nettle Dried Herbal Tea is a traditional loose leaf herbal infusion made from carefully selected dried nettle leaves. Once dried, the leaves of the stinging nettle plant lose their sting and can be steeped to create a smooth, earthy and refreshing herbal cup.

Nettle has been enjoyed for generations across Europe and beyond as part of everyday herbal tea traditions. The infusion has a naturally green, grassy and slightly earthy flavour, making it a good choice for those who enjoy simple, pure botanical teas.

Nettle leaves are naturally associated with plant-based nutrients, including naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and botanical compounds such as flavonoids and carotenoids. This gives nettle its long-standing reputation as a wholesome herbal ingredient for daily tea routines.

Dried Nettle Leaf

To make the nettle tea...

1. Add the teabag or dried nettle leaves to your favorite cup or mug

(an infuser mug or tea ball works great for loose tea leaves).

2. Cool the just-boiled water slightly

(herbal teas are best steeped in hot water, rather than boiling water),

and then pour into your cup.

3. Cover and let your nettle tea steep for 10 to 20 minutes

(this longer brewing time brings out the tea's best flavor and fullest benefits).

4. Remove the teabag or loose tea leaves.

5. Optional:  Add extras to taste, like sweetener, lime, or mint.

Now, all that's left to do is to enjoy

your wonderfully healthful nettle tea.
