Yunnan OP Green Tea is a traditional loose leaf Chinese green tea produced from the large-leaf Yunnan tea cultivar. Made with Yunnan OP green tea leaves, it features tightly rolled, large green leaves that open beautifully during brewing to create a bright, aromatic and characterful cup.
The infusion is yellow-green, mellow and slightly brisk, with a clean refreshing finish and a pleasant lingering aroma. Its larger leaf style gives the tea more body and structure than many very delicate green teas, while still keeping the cup smooth, fresh and easy to enjoy.
Yunnan OP Green Tea is harvested across spring, summer and autumn, with each season offering subtle variation in cup character. The main growing areas are located in natural mountain environments at around 1,300–2,000 metres above sea level, where the climate helps develop expressive leaves with depth, freshness and good infusion quality.

Brewing Instructions:
Brew with boiled water at a temperature of 75 to 80 degrees and leave to infuse for 1 to 3 minutes. As with many green teas avoid over brewing which brings a harsher taste.
