Russian Caravan
Russian Caravan
Russian Caravan is a premium loose leaf smoked black tea blend with a rich, malty base and a distinctive campfire-style finish. Made with Chinese black tea, Indian black tea, Lapsang Souchong and Assam tea, it brings together full-bodied strength, gentle sweetness and authentic smoky depth.
The cup is aromatic, layered and warming, with Assam contributing malty richness and Lapsang Souchong adding its unmistakable smoky character. The result is a rounded black tea blend with notes of wood smoke, malt, soft spice and subtle sweetness, creating a bold yet balanced infusion.
Russian Caravan takes inspiration from the historic tea routes that carried Chinese teas across Russia towards Europe. This classic smoked black tea is ideal for those who enjoy strong, characterful blends with depth, warmth and a sense of tradition. Best enjoyed plain, or with a splash of milk if you prefer a softer cup.

To savour the full flavour of our teas, bring water to boil, and pour over the tea as soon as it reaches boiling. Over-boiling will cause oxygen to be reduced, making the tea taste “flat”. Brew 3 minutes or to desired taste.
